1. Scope
These terms apply to the Sportiiv landing site operated by HOET Technologies SARL. They do not yet govern the future mobile application, which may have separate terms at launch.

2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access, app availability, venue coverage, or a confirmed launch date. We may contact you with product updates and early-access information.

3. Content accuracy
Sport pages, venue examples, and launch information are pre-launch marketing content and may change before the app becomes available.

4. External services
The site may link to Google Maps, app stores, Resend-powered email flows, and social networks. We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

5. Moroccan law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes relating to this landing site fall under the competent courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
